Developing Emirati
Ruwad Addiyafah is a 12-month, full-time paid employment programme designed for Emirati nationals at the beginning of their careers who want to understand how F&B businesses are created, operated and grown.
FROM REALITY TO IDEA
Participants gain hands-on experience across key areas of the business, developing a broad understanding of F&B before progressing into a specialised pathway supported by practical training and professional mentorship.
