Ruwad Addiyafah Hosts Open Recruitment Day

We recently hosted our first recruitment open day for Ruwad Addiyafah, where our People & Culture team connected with young Emirati candidates who applied to join the programme through Nafis.

We were delighted by the initial response and the interest the programme has generated. It was a pleasure to meet the candidates, learn about their aspirations and share how our 12-month programme combines hands-on experience, mentorship and real opportunities to learn and grow with RMAL Hospitality .

We look forward to welcoming our first cohort and supporting them as they take their first steps towards building successful careers in hospitality or launching hospitality concepts of their own.
